Delivery

To ensure the right service for your needs, we offer two delivery options.

• Regular shipping: Your order can be expected within 2-4 working days.
• Express shipping: Your order gets shipped on the same day, and can be expected within 1-2 working days.

The cost of your delivery depends on the weight of your products and your choice of shipping method.

Payments

We currently accept all major credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, American Express) and we are able to accept payments by invoice. Velroq will not see or use any of the payment information, all payments will be processed by our global payment provider with maximum data security. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
